Join me for this retreat style workshop in my intimate home studio - Road to Om - for an afternoon of movement, meditation, discussion and sadhana practices appropriate for the season. Guidelines for a nourishing cleanse as well as recipes and self-care tips will be provided in a handout to take home. Tea and grounding snacks will be served. No previous Ayurvedic or yoga experience necessary.
